The opening session at this forum was a terrific conversation about ensuring a gender lens is used with all kinds of investments from market funds to philanthropy. Thanks to Julie Reilly, CEO at Australians Investing in Women; Giles Gunesekera, CEO at Global Impact Initiative (who launched the Gender Equality Fund in early 2021) and Kimberley Gire, Chair, Board of Trustees at Centre for Global Equality.

Catherine held a dynamic and deeply interesting conversation on stage, exploring the spectrum of investing in women with global leaders in the space. Her stage presence, humour and sharp intelligence kick-started our one day Summit with gusto, superb moderation and some serious expertise in the subject matter.

Many women felt a sickening thud of recognition at the scenario which is all too...
